Above all, we are looking to give these baby rats a good home. We have raised them from birth and have fed them a good, healthy diet, and given them the nurturing they need. We have given them lots of love and they're ready to have a new home!

Now, for how you go about adopting...

• If you are unhappy with your new baby, you may return or exchange him/her.

• We reserve the right to refuse to sell to you.

• Our rats are pet only... No breeding unless you get permission from us.

• Only 18 years and older may buy the rats. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian conduct the sale.

• Don't smoke around them. Rats have extremely sensitive respiratory systems and they WILL get sick from it.

• Rats need veterinary care any time they are sick or injured, just like your dogs and cats.

• Make sure your landlord allows you to have rats before purchasing.

• PLEASE stay in touch and give us updates on your new babies! 

• We will sell a rat at no less than 6 weeks of age.

• Please have a veterinarian available that will treat rats. Shop around because some vets will charge much more for rats than others (rats should be a good amount cheaper than dogs or cats since they require much less).

• We require a non-refundable pet deposit of 50% of the adoption fee to hold the rat(s) of your choice, if under 6 weeks of age.
